Warren, a small town in Connecticut based within the countryside is where my love grew for Interior Design. The town varies between farms, and multi-million-dollar houses all done with a modern farmhouse, or contemporary modern style. This town, where I have resided for my whole life, gave me the inspiration I needed to become an Interior Designer.
At a young age I was drawn into the idea of creating and re-imagining spaces that would bring in a cozier ideal. That is why throughout my designs I try to create a more relaxing and welcoming environment no matter the purpose of the building itself. The two most common things found within my designs are biophilic design attributes and color psychology. Growing up my home had always encased these attributes, and throughout my education I learned why these were present in my home as well as many other attributes. They enhance the release of stress as well as embodying brighter moods within the residents. I make sure to encase all the things I learned, and will learn, throughout my designs. I am forever drawn to creating forever homes.
About Miranda
During the duration of my experience at the University of new haven i had many experiences I will never forget. Designing a loft for the dean of art & sciences, visiting many locations to benefit myself as a designer, but the best experience I had was meeting fellow students who loved to do what I love to do. Throughout my time at the university I was introduced to all kinds of different people with different design styles. I loved being able to see everyone's imagination when it came to designing, especially my professors who have had the opportunity to work in the field.

I have taken these opportunities of meeting new people to heart. I have learned a lot from all my professors, and my new peers during my time at the University of New Haven. These encounters were my favorite experiences so far in the Interior Design world. I was able to learn things I thought I never would, and made friends that I will stand with for a lifetime.
