Wooded Acres Point
Studio III was a group project focused on ADA design and Universal Design Principles. The initial project was a retirement home in a city of our choosing. The floor plan was 2,240 square feet with an added bonus room that was not on the original footprint of blueprints. This was a group project and my contributions were the following: bubble diagrams, renderings, elevations of Kitchen and Bonus room in AutoCad, Kitchen lighting plan in AutoCad, and final poster design.

The research conducted then resulted in an overall floor plan, furniture plan, elevations, sections, and a two-point perspective.
