Concept Statement

Right: Pediatric Trend diagram/web. This diagram was based around case studies that were found revolving pediatric offices within the United States. Each piece of the web holds what, as a class, we felt was most important to include within our designs.
Right: Block diagram providing a layout of space planning throughout the one story office building.

Far Right: Site plan providing a map of the building site. The plan goes in depth with wind affects, sunlight, and auto noise. These elements had a huge affect on how the building was positioned and other elements that were added to the site to create an open/friendly environment.
