Our design is based on comfort, accessibility and exploration. Our main goal is to ensure our diverse generational family can live comfortably while living the lifestyle of their choice.   We want to allow those who reside here to be able to have their own boundaries, but also grant them with assistance if needed. With our free-flowing layout of the building, we are ensuring that there are easily accessible rooms and utilities for everyone within the family. Biophilic attributes will be found throughout the home to help ensure that the clients can be in touch with nature without having to step foot outside. However, the surrounding landscape is abundant with foliage and variation of amenities found. This attribute will also help with the mental states within all residents, helping to relive stress and a healthy oxygen flow. With our universal design principles stated, we are making sure to create a feasible atmosphere that will circulate around the needs of the residents.
